In 1888 the Pagitz brothers started Pago's success story by opening the first Carinthian soda water factory. They later started producing soda mixed with fruit juice.

Around 1930 Jakob Pagitz had the pioneering idea of making pure fruit juices without any additives whatsoever - liquid fruit.

Pure fruit: The founder's brainwave of manufacturing pure fruit juice of the highest quality )in a range of delicious varieties) soon proved successful and very popular. Today Pago's 30 specialties are enjoyed all over Europe.

The characteristic green bottle: Pago is only availbale in glass bottles. Glass preserves the delicious taste and protects the contents from environmental influences better than any other material.

Pago tastes exactly like the consumer imagines the ideal fruit as a juice. Every Pago juice is a purely natural product, which does not contain any artificial additives. Therefore, Pago develops a unique recipe for every single fruit and carefully controls the bottling process to ensure perfect results. The juice is bottled while still warm - just like homemade jam - creating a vacuum that guarantees top quality until the Pago bottle is opened with the characteristic 'pop' when the seal is broken.
